Things we built, and what they changed
Operations work and digital work, side by side. Each piece says what the problem was, what we built, and whether it is running in production today or is a demonstration.

Bookings that manage themselvesDemonstration
The problemA teacher giving private lessons loses hours coordinating over messages: checking the calendar, confirming, writing it down and reminding.
What we builtA hand-built page where the student sees the hours the teacher’s calendar actually has free, books, and gets the confirmation in seconds. Three automated flows handle the rest, including the reminders.

The engine behind it: three automated flowsDemonstration
The problemWhat the client sees is the page. What makes it trustworthy is underneath: the logic, the errors anticipated, and the certainty that nothing is lost in silence.
What we builtFlow one reads the calendar and returns only the busy hours. Flow two validates, re-checks the slot, creates the event, records it and sends both emails. Flow three sweeps every five minutes and sends the reminders, marking each one so it never goes twice.

Quote from the phone, and the order reaches the office by itselfDemonstration
The problemIt starts from a real conversation with a small factory selling through Instagram and WhatsApp: the salesperson quoted by hand with a calculator, and somebody then retyped every order for the office. The same work twice, and a wrong price every so often.
What we builtAn app for the salesperson’s phone: pick products, volume pricing applies itself, and one tap copies the quote ready to paste into WhatsApp in their own words. The saved order reaches administration with date and time.

An agent that creates and publishes social contentIn production
The problemPublishing consistently eats the week: thinking the idea, writing it, designing it, posting on time and measuring what worked. If it depends on mood, it stops.
What we builtEvery Sunday the AI reviews the idea bank and what performed best, builds the week’s pieces, writes in the right voice and designs with the right brand. A person reviews and approves. After that, each piece publishes at its hour and the metrics come back each night.

A secure, mobile-ready site for a mailing equipment dealerDesign proposal
The problemThe company’s site had no working certificate, so every visitor was told it was not secure. The admin login travelled unencrypted, the layout was fixed at desktop width, and the catalog ended in a block of sixty product names.
What we builtA redesign proposal built as a working page, not a picture: a secure, responsive site with the catalog grouped into six categories, a quote form that works on a phone, and an English and Spanish switch.
Your operation probably has one of these in it.
Tell us where the time goes. We come back with a structured read of your workflows and a clear proposal of what we would change first.
