Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 30, 2026 Last Updated: April 8, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the billing, cancellation, and refund guidelines for professional administrative and technology management, workflow optimization, and operational advisory services provided by Arry UpWard, LLC («Company,» «we,» «us,» or «our»).

By engaging our services, signing an engagement letter, paying an invoice, or submitting a project retainer, you agree to the terms set forth herein.

01General Policy for Professional Services

Due to the custom, intellectual, and resource-intensive nature of professional management and advisory engagements:

  • Completed Services & Delivered Work: Fees paid for completed advisory sessions, strategy roadmaps, workflow assessments, document architectures, and project deliverables are strictly non-refundable.
  • Time-Based Billing: Any billable hours recorded and performed by our team in good faith toward an engagement are non-refundable.

02Retainers and Upfront Project Deposits

  • Non-Refundable Retainers: Initial retainers and advance deposits secure team capacity, research preparation, and scheduling. Once preliminary scoping, client intake, or project discovery has started, deposits are non-refundable.
  • Unearned Retainer Balances: If a client cancels a project before any diagnostic, strategic, or operational work has been initiated, the client may be eligible to receive a refund of the unused funds, subject to a 10% administrative and payment-processing deduction.

03Engagement Termination & Cancellations

  • Written Notice Required: Cancellation of an ongoing engagement must be submitted in writing via email to info@arryupward.com in accordance with the termination provisions agreed upon in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) (typically requiring fifteen to thirty calendar days’ advance written notice).
  • Payment of Accrued Fees: In the event of early termination by the client, the client remains fully liable for payment covering all work performed, deliverables completed, and approved expenses incurred up to the formal termination date.

04Milestone Payments

Where engagements are structured around fixed milestones:

  • Payments tied to accepted project milestones are final and non-refundable once the milestone deliverable has been approved or submitted for client review in accordance with the project schedule.
  • Milestone disputes must be communicated in writing within ten (10) business days of deliverable submission. If no formal notice is received within this period, the deliverable is considered formally accepted.

05Invoicing and Billing Discrepancies

If you identify an error on an invoice, you must notify our billing department in writing within ten (10) business days from the invoice issuance date. We review and resolve legitimate administrative or clerical billing discrepancies promptly and in good faith. Approved adjustments will be credited toward upcoming billing cycles or refunded directly to the original payment method.

06Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage open communication to resolve any billing issues amicably. In the event of an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal initiated without prior written communication with our accounts department, Arry UpWard, LLC reserves the right to suspend all active deliverables immediately, terminate service access, and pursue lawful recovery of outstanding balances along with associated legal and collection fees.
